Rented card not appearing in the Gods Unchained Launcher

  1. Check the My Rentals page to confirm the rental status is "Active" (not "Transfer in Progress").
  2. Check your Escrow Wallet via the Immutable Explorer and ensure the card is visible in this wallet.
  3. Check to ensure your Escrow Wallet is successfully linked to your Passport Account via Immutable Play.
  4. Check to ensure your Escrow Wallet is successfully linked to your Gods Unchained Account via Manage Wallets.
  5. If your Escrow Wallet isn't listed in the Manage Wallets page, log out of your Gods Unchained account and log back in both on the web, and in the Launcher.
  6. If your Escrow Wallet is successfully linked in Immutable Play and to your Gods Unchained account, try to Clear Cache and Reload in the Launcher.
  7. If the rental status is stuck on "Transfer in Progress" for more than 10 minutes, the transfer may have failed. The system retries automatically — check back in a few minutes.
  8. If you still are having issues despite checking or trying all of the above, please join our Discord for help!

Payment failed or transaction rejected

  1. Ensure you have enough USDC in your Immutable Passport wallet to cover the rental cost.
  2. Ensure you have a small amount of IMX in your Passport wallet for gas fees. Without IMX, transactions will fail even if you have sufficient USDC.
  3. If you rejected the transaction in your wallet popup, the reservation will expire automatically. You can refresh and try again from the Browse page.
  4. If the error mentions "insufficient funds" or "missing revert data", your wallet balance is too low. Fund your Passport wallet and try again.

Card deposit not going through

  1. Confirm the card quality is supported by the platform. Only enabled quality tiers can be deposited. Currently enabled Qualities are: Meteorite, Shadow, Gold, and Diamond.
  2. Ensure you are depositing from the correct wallet. If depositing via MetaMask, confirm the active MetaMask account matches the wallet linked on your Lending page.
  3. Check that you have IMX for gas fees in the wallet you are depositing from.
  4. If the transaction was submitted but the card still shows in your wallet, the on-chain transfer may be pending. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

Cannot withdraw a deposited card

  1. Cards that are currently being rented cannot be withdrawn immediately but will be marked for withdrawal. Once the active rental period ends, and the card is returned, it will be automatically withdrawn.
  2. If the card shows as "Pending Return", the system is transferring it back from the renter's escrow wallet. This usually completes within a few minutes.
  3. If the card has been in a pending state for an extended period, the system recovery process retries every 2 minutes. If it remains stuck for more than 30 minutes, reach out on our Discord.

Rental shows as "Scheduled" but card was not transferred

  1. Scheduled rentals are held until the next UTC daily reset (00:00 UTC). The card will be transferred automatically at that time.
  2. Check the countdown on the My Rentals page to see when the transfer is expected.
  3. If the scheduled time has passed and the card was not transferred, the system recovery process will retry automatically. Allow up to 10 minutes after the reset time.
  4. If the issue persists beyond this time frame, please reach out on our Discord.

Linked MetaMask wallet not showing cards

  1. After linking your MetaMask wallet, refresh the Lending page. Cards are fetched on page load.
  2. Confirm the MetaMask account currently active in the extension matches the wallet you linked. If you switched accounts in MetaMask, the Lending page will show a mismatch warning.
  3. Ensure the linked wallet actually holds Gods Unchained NFTs on Immutable zkEVM (not Ethereum mainnet).
